Black & Blue Snacker

1 Mission® 6" Mazina™ Tortilla (08042)

1 leaf Red Lettuce , small

5 oz. Flank Steaks , grilled, thinly sliced (cross grain)

2 tsp. Blue Cheese Crumbles

1/2 Tbsp. Red Onion , thin short julienne

1	Warm the Mission® Mazina™ tortilla.
2	Lay lettuce leaf down center of tortilla.
3	Place steak down the center of the tortilla, on top of the lettuce.
4	Top steak with blue cheese.
5	Top with onions.
6	Fold snacker by folding up bottom ¼ of tortilla to the center, then folding each side over each other (to the center) leaving the top end open.
7	Serve.
