Healthy Caprese Quesadilla

Ingredients 

2 Mission® 6" Heat Pressed Flour Tortillas (10400) 
5 slices Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese 
5 slices Fresh Garden Tomatoes (5x6 size) 
1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil , torn leaves 

Directions

1Place one tortilla on work surface.
2Top with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
3Place remaining tortilla on top of ingredients.
4Cook quesadilla for three minutes (90 seconds per side), over medium-high heat on a non-stick griddle. Cook to a crispy, golden brown color. Quesadilla can also be heated in a press.
5Slice into quarters and serve.
