Ingredients 

6 Red & Blue Corn Purses (see Related Recipe) 
6 Limes Wheels 
2 oz. Jalapeño Cilantro Vinaigrette (see Related Recipe) 

Directions

1Place 6 lime wheels on plate.
2Place 3 red and 3 blue corn purses from freezer into deep fryer.
3Fry approximately 2-3 minutes or until proper internal temperature is reached.
4Drain and place one on each lime wheel.
5Serve with a side of Jalapeño Cilantro Vinaigrette for extra spice.
