| 1 | Place 6 lime wheels on plate. |
| 2 | Place 3 red and 3 blue corn purses from freezer into deep fryer. |
| 3 | Fry approximately 2-3 minutes or until proper internal temperature is reached. |
| 4 | Drain and place one on each lime wheel. |
| 5 | Serve with a side of Jalapeño Cilantro Vinaigrette for extra spice. |
