We're keeping things simple this month. We've got five delicious and flavorful recipes that use the same five equally delicious ingredients in unique and interesting ways. And because fewer things go into each menu item, it's easy to keep your pantry stocked and your customers happy.

Start things off with the BBQ Pork Nachos; Chile-Roasted Pork, Pepper Jack cheese, grilled onions, and our Roasted Corn Salsa served atop flavorful Mission® 8" Pressed Mazina Tortillas drizzled with BBQ sauce. Or serve up some BBQ Soft Tacos making use of the same mouth-watering ingredients but frying the Chile-Roasted Pork until slightly crispy and wrapping everything up in a grilled MissionĀ® 6.5" Grill Ready Par-Baked Flour Tortilla.

The Chile-Roasted BBQ Pork Wrapido is a great way to give customers the BBQ they love on the go; we take our five ingredients and place them in the middle of a BBQ-covered Mission® 12" Jalapeño Cheese Wrap, heat them until the cheese is perfectly melted, and wrap them up so they're ready to go. Finally, the BBQ Pork Quesadini shows off our ingredients in a great tasting sandwich; all five of our ingredients surrounded with a hearty Mission® 12" Chile Herb Wrap toasted to a light golden brown on a Panini grill–great for a lunch or snack item.
